Fitness for All Foundation (FFAF) provides professional fitness instruction and opportunities to young people who are on the autism-spectrum, obese or at-risk, which they could not otherwise afford. FFAF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation offering personal training, nutritional services, counseling and mentorship programs for less fortunate youth. 100% of donations go to the cause!

Youth on the autism spectrum benefit from increased coordination, confidence, and social interaction through personal training. Group fitness classes or team sports can often be overwhelming for them, but physical fitness is critically important.
